At 10:05 PM, high winds take out the KROQ antenna, cutting off listeners in Los Angeles.
Adam says he saw former call screener Dameon at a Christmas party: "Couldn't come up with his name. I mean, for, like, the first ten minutes, I was, like, looking at him sayin', 'I know that bald dude,' and I was like, 'Hey, that's that phone screener dude.'" (Dameon left the show last May. If memory serves, Adam joked about this very scenario when phone screener Danielle left the show some years ago.)
Adam tells the story of how he climbed inside a commercial dryer at a laundromat in North Hollywood when he was around twenty years old:
Drew: And they turned it on?
Adam: Oh yeah. Oh yeah.
Drew: You could have killed yourself doing that.
Adam: It's more uncomfortable than you would imagine when it gets started, yeah.
Assistant producer Lauren is working on moving the show to a new studio:
Adam: I wanna thank junior assistant mini-producer Lauren for...
Drew: ...having the studio moved.
Adam: She's having the studio moved, and her dying devotion to Tori Amos and obsession of that.
Drew reveals that he was married at the The Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel.
