Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at 1:27 PM Thank you. I'm glad everyone likes it. After the "Submarine", which was almost entirely Adam, I wanted to balance it out with a nice Drew piece. And I don't think his Vicarness has mentioned it yet, but I'm hopeful!

Anderson was just here, so I'm assuming that he'll probably pass it along. And I figure as long as Adam and Drew like the pieces, no one's gonna sue me.
I almost put a hat on him this time, but then I decided against it. I was this close, though! The cans, on the other hand, are big and lumpy, but I might have to start drawing them, for the sake of accuracy.
This one took a month, but it was a relatively relaxed month. I can comfortably do a half minute a week, but if something needs to be done quicker, I start sleeping less and just do it. Like the "Submarine" was three and a half minutes, and got done in just under a month.
I completely forgot that he had named it!!! I struggled with what to call it for days, and eventually came up with "Grand Theft", and then at some point after I had posted the piece, I listened to the rest of the episode and heard the name! Doh! | |
