My car fucking stinks!!!!!!

My car stinks. It LITERALLY stinks. I bought some groceries the other day and I realized I didn't have the milk. I assumed I left it at the market. I didn't want to drive back. Oh well. Two days later, I was like: what's that fucking smell? It smells like bad cheese. I thought it was a bunch of old Disney jackets I had in the back seat. I popped the trunk to put them in and it smelled even worse! I discovered the fucking milk I bought in the trunk. It was leaking. It didn't even leak that much. But it was enough to stink up the entire fucking car! I threw the milk away and wiped some of it up with a few napkins. I was gagging. I still haven't washed it. I accidently left the jackets in the trunk too. So, yeah...those are going to reek as well. There is a very good chance I will throw up when I try to clean the trunk tonight.

FUCK!!!!! This is what I get for trying to eat healthy.

Fuck you milk! You go to hell, you go to hell and you die!!!

I cleaned the whole car out last night. I used scrubbing bubbles, a bathroom brush, and a shitload of febreeze and air freshener.

It smells about 70% better. I haven't checked the trunk yet.

I only drink coconut or almond milk. Not only is cow's milk terrible for you, it also tastes like dog water.

Everything in the world with coconut is awesome.

If you want to get laid more, make your vagina coconut flavored.

If you can tolerate it milk is part of a decent diet, but more than a 1-2 servings a day and it's probably not apropriate. I typically cut my morning espresso with 2-3 ounces of steamed milk (.39 serving), have a half cup of yogurt at some point in the day (full serving), and sip about an inch worth of milk from a small cup as I eat dark chocolate after dinner (.19 serving?). I don't break into hives, I'm back to a healthy weight, and I love the shit

if you listen to some people milk can make your insulin levels go haywire, but if you're a reader of nutritional literature the "experts" are still in the "there's so much we don't know" phase so get your food advice from Michael Pollan (who focuses on whole foods) vs. Tim Ferris (who focuses on the nutritional content of a food).

For the past few years I've been eating like a six year old. I lost weight after my anti-depressant was changed. But my eating habits have sucked for quite some time. 95% of my diet consists of fried foods, carbs, sugar, salt, and carbs. Did I mention carbs?

I'm beginning to think my very low energy is directly related to my horrible diet. So, yeah...I am trying to eat better. Fruits and veggies and some milk...

Here's how I boost my metabolism and stay fit 1: NO ALCOHOL 2) replace all processed meat with organic chicken 3) Cut down on red meat (once a month) 4) Small portions of fatty foods such as fries, etc 5) If you have a sweet tooth, place cake or chocolate in your mouth for 1 minute and spit it out 6) add more green to your diet (at least 2 dark green salads a day 7) no meals 2 hours before bed 8) light lunch and snack throughout the day.

I believe you can eat before bed. If you haven't had much to eat for the whole day, then it shouldn't count against you.
