THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST BEAT OFF SPACES I'VE EVER SEEN. I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A SPACE LIKE THAT TO BEAT OFF IN.

haha dickchicken!
i don't know where in the east village this is but i'm guessing his mortgage or rent is in the neighborhood of $3000/mo. and that's before one nail or one spec of dust was touched for his contemporary asian renovation. in case you didn't know, now you can see 3k gets you a space in lower manhattan just big enough to do jumping jacks in your "main room".
also love the voss bottle on the floor by the doorway in the setup shot. shits disgusting!

I don't know, I knew a girl (one of my ex-girlfriends that I'm still basically in love with) who had a 2 bedroom in the financial district and was only paying $2,400/month (I'd guess that area generally about as expensive as the village, but I'm too lazy to Google :). It was a nice building, and ironic that most of the other women in it were models (she's a graphic designer, and not of the model geometry). She had a pretty shitty view, but other than that it was nice. Big kitchen/living room.
The studio that I (still) live in now is like a little less than 500 square feet, but I'm not as good with camera angles.
It looks a little better now than back in like 2007. :)

$2400 for a 2br is wicked cheap anywhere in manhattan.
