cuz the other one is making whatever computer i'm using at the time go all wonky.
still, Doctor Who. although now i'm into the fifth season and this incarnation of the doctor looks like if Jesse Eisenberg and Matthew Modine had hot man-on-man supergay sex and produced a British baby who wasn't adorable. plus, i feel robbed that there was no back story to explain the new doctor.
Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 3:13 PM
still breaking bad. i'll be finishing up with season 4 right about when season 5 starts airing. i'm spoiled having watched the whole thing on dvd, gonna suck to have to wait every week.
Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 4:13 PM
ugh i'm so jealous. i wish i had more new episodes of breaking bad to watch RIGHT NOW
Sunday, June 24, 2012 at 6:17 PM
not a movie or tv show, but last night i saw Yeasayer in concert, so that was kinda the last thing i watched. i'd never heard of their opening band, Delicate Steve, but they (Delicate Steve, that is) were UH-MAZE-ING. they'd played like two or three songs before i even realized they were all instrumental. totally blew me away.

Why do so many people like How I Met Your Mother? I really don't get that show. It doesn't make me laugh at all. I love Alyson Hannigan, but I still hate that show.
And that Barney character is so annoying. The writing is atrocious. They go way overboard with Barney. We get it! He's a womanizer. They write him like a cartoon character. It isn't funny, it's just stupid.
I hate that show. I don't understand the appeal at all. I feel the same way about Family Guy.

I rarely watch tv anymore. But I love:
House
South Park
Conan
Red Eye on Fox News
Seinfeld reruns
I Love Lucy reruns
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (I've only seen a few episodes but I laughed my ass off.)
I've been meaning to watch Mad Men all the way through. I'll get around to it one of these days.

watch mad men. for a girl as horny as you are, it should be a top priority.
Sunday, June 24, 2012 at 9:20 PM
LOL! My brother told me to Net-Flix it.
By the way, how freaking hot and adorable is Jon Hamm here? Look at him giving advice to girls! Isn't that precious? I'm having wild school-girl fantasies now!

I agree with How I Met Your Mother. Don't see the appeal. And I don't like how people call it HIMYM.
Also, not that it's relevant but I always thought That 70's Show was overrated. They kinda remind me of eachother.
I've been watching anime shows literally at random on netflix. I just scroll through and select one and start watching it. I started this one today.

I'd like to see "The Book Of Mormon". Looks like fun.
Sunday, July 1, 2012 at 12:39 AM
Sherlock. Benedict Cumberbatch--does it get any more Bri-ish than that?!
Monday, July 2, 2012 at 11:43 PM

Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 2:59 AM
there are so many things to watch and i haven't gotten around to girls yet. i keep hearing a ton of mixed reviews, so i wasn't sure if it was worth it.
Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 3:27 AM
watch itttt! u'll love it, and if not, well it's only 30 minutes anyway.
Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 11:56 AM
watched Memento last night. seen it before but for some reason it's been on my mind lately. the scene where the matrix chick tricks him into punching her then her claiming dodd beat her up---that just kills me.
Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 11:27 PM
Raising Arizona. for the billionth time. sadly, i'm probably not even exaggerating.

Cars... while i was sitting in the emergency room with litler jr. :(
Sunday, July 8, 2012 at 11:55 PM
she took a drink of her sister's milk. we try to be so careful, the litlers have designated cups and spots at the kitchen table and she KNOWS she's never to drink from anyone's cup or to even sit in her sister's spot just in case there's any traces of allergens in the area. she's very aware that there are certain things she just can NOT have and she's ok with that, i don't know why she would've taken a drink from the wrong cup. the weird thing is, it's been exactly one year since her last ER visit, also from an allergic reaction.
Monday, July 9, 2012 at 12:22 AM
i guess she's ok now, but she's bruised as all hell from where we used the epipen on her. we'd never actually used it before and you kinda hafta slam it into the thigh area and hold it for ten seconds. i held her down while my husband tried to use the epipen but he didn't realize that he hadn't taken the 'safety' off so basically the first hit was just that, a hit. it was kinda chaotic. the second try was good but man she is so bruised :( but she didn't complain once about her leg the whole time. i bet she'll be sore tomorrow though... gah. yeah, parenting is heartbreaking at times.
Monday, July 9, 2012 at 2:50 AM
aw, sorry about litler.
i did the same thing with an epi-pen once. i had never had to use it and had forgotten to take off the safety. i somehow destroyed the pen and just started chomping on benedryl.
did the pharmacy give you a practice pen? it's a dummy pen that can be used over and over again. it's good for you, your husband, and your older girls to periodically do practice shots so it becomes second nature when there is an actual emergency.
the e.r. basically gives the allergy victim prednisone, benedryl, and pepsid a.c. it's not a bad idea to keep a small bottle of liquid children's benedryl in the house and your purse in addition to the epi-pen. ask your doctor first.
Monday, July 9, 2012 at 3:51 AM
oh yeah, i keep benedryl handy at ALLLLLL times. i give it to her if i even think she's come in contact with something she shouldn't have. i gave her a dose as soon as she drank the milk and things seemed ok for a little while but then it became obvious she was ER-bound.
we do have a practice pen and i've trained anyone who spends any time with her how to use it, but damn, when it came right down to it, we panicked. my husband was shaking so hard, never seen him like that before. and litler sr. was freakin' out, yelling at us not to hurt Sara cuz she didn't understand. sr. is only 5 and although she understands that her little sister has allergies, yanno, she didn't get that we weren't trying to kill the poor kid.
i thrive on chaos, obvi
Monday, July 9, 2012 at 5:31 AM
yeah, i understand panic. the first time i tried to use the epi-pen, i totally destroyed it and rendered it unusable.

Crazy fucking shit. All these fish die, but all of the fish never die. It's a freaky fucking shit.
Sunday, July 15, 2012 at 1:08 PM
This is maybe the most disturbing movie I've ever seen. It's hard to believe it's Charlize Theron sometimes, she plays the role so well it's disturbing, which makes her a great actress but... wow.
Monday, July 16, 2012 at 3:01 PM
^i'm really glad you brought that up, that's a movie i've wanted to see but haven't yet. too bad netflix doesn't have it or i'd be watching it tonight.
last thing i watched was the first episode of The Black Adder. i swarez, all i want to watch lately is British tv.
Monday, July 16, 2012 at 6:50 PM

Monster? I watched a documentary about Aileen Wuornos before getting the movie.
With a name like Wuornos you're either a physicist or a serial killer.
Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at 4:29 AM
The Girl's Life - Not as good as The Babysitters, but I could jack to it. Interesting premise, a former porn star starts a business where people pay her to try to seduce their husbands/boyfriends/whatever to see if they'll cheat when she comes on to them.
Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at 6:49 AM
Last night i watched the second episode in the second Sherlock series. Benedict Cumberbatch makes me wanna skin my knees in the worst way. Rawrrrrr. ermagird.

I just watched What Dreams May Come with Robin Williams. I haven't seen it since it came out! Such a good movie! Very sad, very beautiful and romantic.
I watched it from 2 am to 3: 30 am. Oops! Sleep is off again...

I watched that movie recently too, for the first time since it's come out - I thought it sucked the 2nd time.

I'm watching Ayn Rand and The Prophecy of Atlas Shrugged and a few people are interviewed saying things on par with "Ayn Rand's predictions are coming true."
AFAIK there were never any "predictions" in Atlas Shrugged, you could really point to things that are Atlas Shrugged-like that have occurred since it was written. It's another group of people that have told me America was "going to hell in a hand basket" since I was only enough to remember hearing it. Not total bullshit, but pretty close on many points.

The Mating Habits of The Earthbound Human.
This movie is a piece of shit, even Carmen Electra couldn't save it.
Sunday, July 22, 2012 at 8:30 AM
i'm now all caught up on Sherlock and am eagerly awaiting the next season.
Sunday, July 22, 2012 at 9:19 AM
I've also watched at least one episode of "Into the Universe with Stephen Hawking" every night lately as I'm drifting off to sleep. For two reasons: One, I dig cerebral space stuff; and two, Benedict Cumberbatch does the narration work on it and not only is he the most perfectly sculpted man to ever draw breath, but his voice is incredibly soothing. Plus I like the idea of him whispering in my ear as I succumb to dreamland. Oh my girlie bits...

I knew this had to be written by a woman. Too often when female writers write male characters they write the guys as having these elaborate thoughts and complex feelings about things that they would never have elaborate thoughts or complex feelings about.
The 70s were also retarded.
What I'm trying to say is that despite having naked women in it, this film fucking sucks.

Vince Vaughn makes me laugh so hard. My mom and I kept talking about how much we loved him and how he seemed like the perfect boyfriend/friend.
