Jump to 12:40. So sad to see Christopher Hitchens looking and sounding like that.

Oh my goodness. I had no idea he was even sick. That sucks. I'm guessing cancer.

Poor Hitch. I hate that he's dead, just when I started to know about him. He was probably the best debater I've ever seen. No one could overcome him, no one.

2nd time in two days I hit play on a zt video, fell asleep, and had fucked up dreams about the vid content. In this one I was waiting a long time to ask some important question and getting really annoyed that he wouldn't shut up and give me a chance to ask, then he called on me and i completely forgot what i was going to say.

I "watch" most of these 2-3 times, usually either while I'm falling asleep or as background noise while I doing something else.

If you don't watch the last video about hypoagency, you're missing out.

i haven't finished watching that hypoagency video, it's a good one so hopefully i'll have time soon.
but in the mean time, is buddhism really about not asking questions? starting ~2:43

i don't like that video. she smokes and she talks about women going into male spaces and changing them. i've never seent hat happen and wtf are male spaces anyway.
does her argument fit for other underrepresented groups though. are affirmative action policies because blacks are seen as objects who have no agency?

HSLAD - Not any kind of Buddhism I'm familiar with, but I'll forgive that one because the rest is so good.
Stella - Anita Sarkeesian, Skepchick and Simone Bienne off the top of my head.
It's really not about underrepresented groups, it's about the proposed evolutionary mechanisms for hypoagency in females and agency in males.

I wish I could live in the sunny warmth that is Jane McGonigal.
