download metallica's "death magnetic" and listen to the entire cd. that one is called "broken, beat, and scarred".

loveline has a longstanding tradition of using metallica for bumpers, more than any other band many times over.

Really? What Metallica bumpers have they used other than this one and I Disappear?

there is a song from S&M that i can't remember the name of, i disappear, frantic, all within my hands, my world, cyanide, that was just your life, unforgiven 3, all nightmare long, the judas kiss, broken beat & scarred, suicide & redemption, and my apocolypse.
i forgot about system of a down. SOAD might actually have more.

Oh. Sounds like a lot of those are newer ones, which I haven't heard (and I had no idea that the outro track with the vocalist yelling "my apocalypse" was Metallica, interesting).
Was the S&M one either No Leaf Clover or Minus Human? Since those are the only two specific to that album...

i actually thought it sounded a bit like metallica even though i hadnt heard em since and justice for all
but i figured loveline plays on alternative stations so its probably some alternative band...
and doesnt anderson pick the songs? thought he was punk.
anyways - problem solved, case closed.
