Wikipedia is one of my favorite websites. I think a wiki would be ideal because we could all contribute to the summary. Wikis have an admin functionality and you can revert pages if defaced. For example, other contributors could edit ZT's submissions to make them more readable or to conform to a standard- ZT's summaries range from one quick paragraph to twenty. As for a possible standard, I would like times when the bits start so I can go directly to them. For example,

R = Rant or discussion C = phone Call
10:30 R - Adam talks about his dick
15:20 R - Drew agrees that Adam is huge
16:20 C - Adam and Drew agree on a bogus call

Of course, it would end up being approximate as different recordings would shift the bits' timing around but close is better than nothing. Also, Wikis have a talk page functionality where consensus for a summary standard could be hashed out. As for finding people who're willing to do this, I know I would do this for the shows I listen to. It doesn't really matter whose website actually implements this, Trig's or Silent Virgin's, but I think the wiki would foster more collaboration (think network effect). I think Cracked is on the right track but a wiki would be much more readable than what he suggests (Maybe SV can create a rudimentary wiki by just creating an all-user-editable forum using her software?). I suppose it all hinges on how time-consuming it would be for her to install and configure the wiki software. As I said before, I would donate money if she got it up and running.
