Both professions seem kind of...gay! It makes me wonder. Why all the anger? Is there something he's hiding? I've been friends with his wife since we were in high school. His wife is gorgeous. She's a blonde with pretty blue/green eyes and she's a fitness instructor. Her figure is perfect. She's seven months pregnant right now, and she's still tiny. After they got married a few years ago she told me she was sexually frustrated. She wanted to have sex every day. She had to come on to him most of the time and he was often not in the mood. It seemed a bit weird. He has a smoking hot wife that wants to have sex with him every day. Does he have any idea how lucky he is? What's his problem? It's not a "problem" so much as that's marriage/long term relationships for a lot of guys. Not in the mood, eh? Does he work long/hard days? If he's consistently wiped out and just needs a rest, then that makes sense. If he's a former body builder, is there any chance that he was on steroids? He could have low testosterone now because of that. I'd imagine that even if he didn't, the decrease in testosterone from not having as much muscle mass might factor in. Maybe she's just a pain in the ass. Then there's what BG said - to which I would add that if he's a guy who was used to being with lots of different women, going down to just one can be boring and tedious - even if she's a perfect 10, she's still not someone else. Closely related is that he might like the chase, and the sure thing just isn't as exciting (about 179 degrees from me, but there are plenty of guys out there who are like that). It's possible that he's a closeted homosexual, but there are a lot of other more likely possibilities that I'd consider first. —anobody |

I did enough begging for sex during my late teens/early 20's. Over the course of my "catastrophically failed" marriage, my ex's metronome went from a reasonable pace to me practically having to beg to get sex once every other month. That was fun. They're both Christians and my friend was a virgin before she met her husband. Was he a virgin as well? Somehow it seems odd that she'd be so into sex now after waiting till marriage. I'm not saying he's gay. I really hope he isn't. But I wouldn't be shocked if he came out in a few years. It sounds like you've got other reasons to think that. There's an interesting thing about super up-tight religious people where somehow they start developing a bit of a gay vibe. I don't know what that is exactly, and I'm not saying that he's not closeted, but I'd still factor that in (a bit, at least; not that it really matters one way or another).

He said men always did things they weren't in the mood to do because they knew they had to get done. He said that most women were selfish and should be more willing to have sex with their husbands even if they aren't in the mood. I agree with him to an extent. I think it's nice to give your man sex even if you aren't in the mood. You do it anyway, because you love him and you want to please him.
