So has anyone heard the "Artie Lange Quits" incident from Stern on Friday? Just do a search on youtube, or you can follow the link to part 3. Part 1 is where it all starts, part 2 is crazy, and part 3 he sorta quits. I feel like it's semi-planned, but interesting. If it's planned BTW give Robin an Oscar.

I don't normally do stern either, but it's "good" radio. Uncomfortable on the Pennwise level.

Give Robin an Oscar? Give Artie the Oscar if it was all an act! You can tell when Artie is pissed and Artie was pissed! This has happened before with Sal the Stockbroker.

Wow I just heard all 3 parts. That was really intense.

Sal is a homosexual. This wasn't an act, but what a douche Howard was being "I did NOT want this". Yeah right, then why the fuck would you invite the two people who were screaming at each other in the hall to come in and "talk about it" on the air, if you didn't want them to fight? Howard loved every second of it. And yeah, why give Robin the Oscar? She barely said 2 words the whole time, echoing Faygo, give Artie the Oscar.

Still, it's not that big of a deal, Artie was pissed at his assistant, he let his testosterone get to his head and tried to punch him. Not really news, this happens every day.

because she sounded genuinely upset while Howard maintained his usual drone.

I'm not a fan of Stern, but it's not like when he sandbagged Adam with Stephen Baldwin he expected it to get physical--I don't think two guys having a verbal argument in the hall automatically equals a fistfight.

Nice catch bguirk, that was intense.

I don't think Howard has to expect them to fight. Robyn said it when she was talking about if you can't control yourself, then how can you be on the show and do the stuff they do?

That being said, if I was Artie's assistant, I'd put his ass on the floor and do some wicked elbows to his head, a-la UFC style, but I'm not.

And, man, Artie looks bad. I haven't seen a pic of him in a few years, he has gone way downhill from his already downhill self. THERE'S someone who should be on the next Celebrity Rehab, that guy needs it bad.

I can't tell which pictures are the most recent, but if you're talking about the ones I think you are he looks worse than Michael Moore.
