Who were some good Loveline guests that were promoting crappy projects? Some that immediately come to mind are:

Jerry O'Connell (Kangaroo Jack)
Matthew Lillard (Scooby-Doo)
Alanna Ubach (Triple threat: Legally Blonde, Legally Blonde 2, Meet The Fockers)

Has Alanna Ubach ever been in anything good?

(The answer is 'no' by the way.)

great idea for a thread. I'm drawing a blank though, but I know there's been many many times that Adam has savaged a guest's work before and after (but not during) their appearance. The only time I remember him going after anyone while they were on the show was that Pennington dude.

speaking of projects, i am doing a presentation for my constitutional law class on wednesday.

I gave my final last ever grad school presentation an hour ago. I just counted up--I had to give 12 presentations in 4 semesters. I used to stress, but now I just go up and rock the house.

Alanna Ubach was in the movie Airborne back in the early '90s. It was a good movie.

i'm not nervous about it. i do well at presentations. the guy who went today used sounds in his powerpoint and everyone was laughing so hard. my professor was going on about how much he likes graphics, so i'm using a lot of pictures. and in case you were wondering, my presentation is about libel. specifically new york times v. sullivan.

Totally.

FTR, IIRC, I liked to go second when making presentations.

I like to go second. My writing partner doesn't like to go at all so it's always an ordeal when we work together. She thinks her English is bad.

Good presentations are judged by their Oral Performance.

I did too. Second is still early enough to qualify as 'getting it over with asap', but if you're not entirely sure of how to begin, or what order you might present stuff in or something, then you've got someone setting some precedent for you.

i'll be going second, but it wasn't my choice. i just walked into class late, so i had to either sign up for going first or second. i wanted to go later because i have so much work already due this week, not including a drag show.

my friend and i are performing in a drag show as flock of seagulls. i did it last year by myself and i danced around to the final countdown and pulled scarves out of my crotch. this time, we're doing choreography.
