gracious.

I just realized something. I'm going to Seattle for Spring Break.

Laith, Derek, Lexie, meet me at Starbucks on the 17th.

Be there or be square.

man, nobody comes to syracuse for spring break.

I should get with the tourism board and work up a sales pitch.

"COME SEE THE WIGGERS!"

"Wednesday is Open Sewer Night!"

I just thought of a nickname for Seattle.

Ze Apple. Se attle. Zeapple. Seattle.

Wow, I must be delirious.

ahaha, it really is. I'll think of a better one.

The Baby Apple.

The Show-Me City.

Kurt Cobain died here.

The Wet Puppy

Space Country

Needle Town

The Wet Puppy.

I don't get it.

So far it's just easier to say "Seattle," so until you come up with something short and sweet I'm not buying.

Cause it rains a lot!

Think of the other famous city nicknames:

"The Windy City" REALLY clever

"The Big Easy" - Grammatically incorrect

etc.

Yeah, well, Seattle already has a shitty nickname. The Emerald City. It doesn't need your help for that.

I get the wet part, but where does the puppy come in?

I still like Sea-Turtle. It's short and cute and doesn't have to do with the weather.

Sea-Turtle is okay, but it's still longer than the actual name of the city. Not in syllables, true, but in letters.

back when I had friends who moved up to Seattle and hated it they often called it "Sea-asshole." We still use that during Sonics/Blazer games.

I heard theres a huge street kid heroin scene in Seattle. A bunch of runaways think its cool to live on the street like a"punk" and do heroin all day. Is that true?

I've seen that in nearly every city I've lived in. It's an urban issue--not just Seattle's.
