Friday, February 1, 2008 at 1:45 PM I actually hate stryker ironically, but yes 311 is a favorite. 311 and metallica need to do a duet. it would be amazing. —anfernee |

Friday, February 1, 2008 at 1:52 PM back when i was with 92.9 KJEE in SB... summer 2004 (the EVOLVER tour), 311 played the santa barbara bowl for the station's 10th anniversay bash. we had a BBQ WITH THE BAND contest, and like 20 winners and station staff, we got to cook up some tri-tip and hang with 311 in the afternoon... spent most of my time talking to PNUT...then they played the bowl that evening. after the show, i interviewd the band for a live broadcast. one of the most memorable days of my life. what a GREAT show they played. in the top 3 live performances i have ever seen. —airking32 |

Friday, February 1, 2008 at 1:58 PM That is seriously so awesome I'm so jealous. They bring the live show so good. Think about it, this is their 10th anniversary bash or whatever, and it was that great. Think of all the amazing shows they must of put on in the nineties when they were still young. Whether or not you're a fan, you have to admit they bring an amazing live show. I've never heard someone say they didn't enjoy a 311 show. Also, Tri-Tip, hell yeah! Best cut of meat there is, and sadly most of America has never heard of it. —anfernee |

Friday, February 1, 2008 at 2:02 PM Edited Friday, February 1, 2008 at 2:04 PM well it was KJEE's 10th anny... not 311's... but yeah, i was upset at myself for not being a 311 fan earlier and missing shows i could have gone to back in 1999 and 2001. do you have the more obscure, pre-SA album OMAHA SESSIONS? i think it was only made available through 311's website. its super raw sounding, and so, SO good. —airking32 |

Friday, February 1, 2008 at 2:05 PM of COURSE I have that. It is really good, which is surprising, because most pre-studio, professionally produced albums blow ass, but this one is decent. I was actually just listening to that cd about an hour ago. —anfernee |
