Saturday, January 5, 2008 at 10:14 AM How fucking difficult is it to make a goddamn website that fucking works, you assholes? Stop having P Diddy threaten me with a gat if I don't vote, even though your piece of shit Flash-saturated website won't let me fucking register. You disgust me, you pussies. —miyagi-sama |

Saturday, January 5, 2008 at 10:23 AM Yeah - doesn't work in Safari either (assuming that's not what you're using). That's pretty shitty - especially considering that getting people to register and vote is THE WHOLE FUCKING POINT OF THE WEBSITE and that functionality could be implemented trivially in a basic encrypted HTML form without any of the broken unnecessary Javascript bells and whistles. Whoever "developed" the thing probably spent 50x as much time on it to get some useless crap to kind-of half work in IE or Firefox on a PC without even bothering to test it in other browsers. I fucking hate that. —anobody |

Saturday, January 5, 2008 at 10:38 AM I'm using Firefox and tried IE. For both, 7 out of 8 times I click on the register button, nothing shows up. Then when I do get it to come up, I click the submit button and nothing happens. what's a gat? —catloaf It's how black people that couldn't tell the difference between a Vulcan cannon mounted on an F-18 from a 16th century musket, so they call all guns gats. —miyagi-sama |

Then when I do get it to come up, I click the submit button and nothing happens. That's even more absurd than I could have possibly imagined. Even the feeblest limp-dicked code monkey should have been able to get that to work in one common browser. Anyone got Netscape 4.7? —anobody |

Saturday, January 5, 2008 at 7:53 PM Too late, I scoured the internet and finally found an application form that wasn't a scanned postage-paid card that I would have had to read an origami book to make it suitable to mail. —miyagi-sama |

Saturday, January 5, 2008 at 11:57 PM I work for Amazon.com now and today we released a software download service. For now just tax return software, but more is coming soon. You can't download the program if you're using IE. It's one thing to have an info/help site like RTV, but we're trying to sell something. Talk aboot dropping the ball! —Colin |
