chix0r, your top 5 is wrong.

And "Very Bad Things" should be number one on the good list that you have.

In no particular order for the most part...

TV SHOWS
Lost
The Office
House
The Colbert Report
30 Rock
Around the Horn/Pardon the Interruption

BEST MOVIES (But I didn’t see many)
U2 3D
Children of Men
Zodiac
Inside Man
The Bourne Ultimatum
Juno
Charlie Wilson’s War (minus Julia Roberts)
The Departed

TOP MOVIES I STILL WANT TO SEE
Michael Clayton
There Will Be Blood
No End In Sight
Gone Baby Gone
Before The Devil Knows You’re Dead
The Savages

BIGGEST LETDOWN MOVIES
Brick – I wanted to like this more but I kept getting a Bugsy Malone vibe that ruined it for me. Especially every time Lukas Haas’ character appears.

Smokin’ Aces – Aside from the 5 minutes Jason Bateman is on screen (which nearly saves the entire movie), it tries too hard.

Talladega Nights/Knocked Up – Fifteen minutes of funny in a dragged out to a two-hour movie. Seriously I thought they would never end and, for Talladega, I don’t remember if I even made it all the way through.

Disturbia – Started out really good, ended up ludicrously over the top. It felt like Donald Kaufman took control of the script for the third act.

Spider-Man 3 – Worst movie I saw this year.

CD’s
Muse – Black Holes and Revelations
Lifehouse – Who We Are
Arcade Fire – Neon Bible
Jimmy Eat World – Chase This Light
Radiohead – In Rainbows
Seal – System

SONGS
Starlight – Muse
Business Time – Flight of the Conchords
Umbrella – Rhianna
Easily – Borne
Ladies and Gentlemen – Saliva
Read My Mind – The Killers

Man you're so right, this movie blew ASS, plus I had such high hopes for it, I thought it would be like Shoot em up or Ocean's 11 or the Departed. No it was a dumb ass movie, and they killed the best actor in the first 20 minutes. [Ben Affleck]
