Monday, December 10, 2007 at 10:48 AM Unlike Ano's college station, I can say anything I want to, even though no one is listening. Also unlike Ano's college station, I can play whatever songs I want on a specialty show. I have an hour long show. Unfortunately the people that run the station aren't streaming it online because of the ruling that says they have to pay royalties to the music companies for each song they play online. This is a really stupid decision because no one listens to the actual station on the radio, and the station's coverage is only 5 miles around campus. Plus, the station built a studio in the student union a few years ago, but is still using the old studio in the basement of another building, because they can't get the engineer to put the new mixing board in the new studio. Hopefully it will be done by next semester, being in the basement isn't fun. Speaking of being in the basement, where's stefanie?

Monday, December 10, 2007 at 5:02 PM Actually I can't drink alcohol any more because I am on some medicine. And no, it's not Antabuse. Going to sell the Porsches next spring and have decided that my parents just are the way they are and I have to just deal with them as people and not gods. Actually I haven't talked on the air much so far, I have been really nervous in front of the microphone. But I did do a special intro for the people that I used to work with. As far as knowing that TLC was back, I just saw the post on the TLC MySpace and came back over. —John Lennon |
