2) and what do they mean by "i didn't touch it"
if you watch the two videos Alli Sims (brit's cousin) was handed a subpoena by KFeds attorney...and she kept saying "i didnt touch it" Alli gets served then brits assistant shannon gets served too.....but she "touched it"

Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at 11:51 AM oh...so how do they know if you touched it? do they test to see if your fingerprints are on it? but the funny thing is that in the video you can clearly see the guy trying to hand over the papers to Britneys' people...does that still count. He can use that footage as evidence that the girls were aware of the subpoena. —adams_babymomma |

Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at 2:10 PM I'm not sure, but I think there's credence to the whole touching thing. Haven't you seen the old school crime shows where the guy with the subpoena dresses up like a delivery man and hands the guy a paper to sign for a package but it's really a subpoena. There was another one where a baseball player was being served and the guy serving dressed as a fan and handed him the papers asking for an autograph. What ever happened to clever ways to subpoena people on TV? —lastmanstanding |
