TMZ has learned that Nicole Richie was arrested for DUI early Monday morning. She was booked at 4:50 AM today and was released around 7:15 this morning. The booking sheet reveals Richie is 5'1" and 85 lbs. We're told her SUV was spotted by two motorists going the wrong way on the 134 Freeway in Burbank. The drivers called 911. When the CHP responded, Richie was stopped in the carpool lane and was alone in the vehicle. When cops approached the vehicle, Richie was on her cellphone. Law enforcement officers tell TMZ Nicole Richie admitted she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot. A preliminary alcohol screening device revealed that Nicole was not under the influence of alcohol. This is not the first brush Richie has had with substance abuse. In 2003, she pled guilty to heroin possession. The charges were dismissed after she completed the terms of her probation. The CHP just informed TMZ the department will not release Richie's mugshot. Her reps were not immediately available for comment. —adams_babymomma |

Edited Monday, December 11, 2006 at 8:02 PM that's not that bad^ the cops seized my computer (illegally) and i guess there was some incest stories and shit on there, I think it was something I downloaded from limewire, and wasn't what i wanted, so i just left it there. then I made a list of the "hottest chicks at our school" and they questioned me and thought that was a list of the girls i stalked, i was like "uh, no..." it was bad plus a lot of naked girls and all my private documents and conversations. embarrassing as hell

try it's not my fault, my mom and I got into a shouting argument (who hasn't) and she flipped out and called the cops and they came over than she lied and said i pushed her down (i didn't) they yelled and cussed at me, pissed me off, but i kept cool and answered all their damn questions, then they went and searched my room for NO reason, then I got 80 hours of community service, served them (worse thing i've ever done) end of story. i'm not a dumbass —Stryker311 |

Edited Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at 10:29 AM one time i was at work and i was looking at a website and there was a photo of a black dude being lynched and under that was someone with their head being exploded by a shotgun, or something. i cna't remember, it was almost 8 years ago. the boss was hip and cool so he got embarrassed when i neither acted embarrassed, caught, or whatever. and told him all about the site and why i was surfing it in the half hour of downtime i had between my next work task and the last.
now for another work analogy. i have lots considering i've only worked for 6 weeks in my entire life.
People would be relaxed with the dress code. So I'm there for like 2 weeks maybe, only working 2 or 3 days a week, and I start taking my shoes off the moment I get to work as though the office is my bedroom or something. I don't remember why I started doing that. I'm shy and eager to please in formal environments like school and work. Then I'm sitting at a desk working, with my bare feet on the desk, legs crossed, and the hip happening boss shows some investors/owners through a surprise tour. In case anyone didn't know, I had a rather scruffy beard, long hair, and I was wearing beaten up old clothes. After the unhappy investors left the hip happening boss was like "maybe you could wear shoes sometimes. okay nice talk" and stuff.
A third analogy from that same job. Andrew's story reminded me of it. I apologize if your name isn't Andrew. I'm so muddle. My friend decided it would be funny to send me a bomb threat through the work e-mail. Now that would be fine except:
1. I had only been working there for 3 weeks
2. I didn't know anything about e-mail at the time; i hadn't used the internet ever, at home or work; therefore I never used the office e-mail address but everyone else did. It was the one address for the business
3. I wasn't at work the day he sent the threat
So I hear that evening about how the police went to his house, searched his room, seized his computer. His room was littered with some odd decorations. He had a collection of ornamental and functional knives, axes, and swords. He also had a series of cyrstal glasses on his book shelf that had been artistically smashed in his art class at school, but they just looked jagged and dangerous and psychotic. His computer contained writings that make almost everything I or any of you have ever posted here look tame, in terms of violence, sexuality and general insanity of ideas. All with his name on them, as he wrote them. I'm sure there was some hot porn too.
That evening another friend came over with cases of pirating equipment that he was worried the police might find, if they decided to investigate the friend network.
Okay, story over. I think. No community service. I didn't get fired either. Hip happening boss was cool with it. I had to confirm I actually knew the kid though, that he wasn't insane.
Another point is that by coincidence this kid, this bomb threat joker, looks quite harsh. He is almost pure colombian indian and has a nose/eyebrow/eye combo that makes him look almost permanently angry. The kind of face that has every shop owner in this white white country watching him suspiciously for potential shoplifting. At the time he also had long hair to his waist with a shaved undercut to about the temple line. The police are not kind warm people. Fucking crazy ethnic kid wanting to kill everyone!
Actually, if this story had happened 30 months or more later, I'm sure he would have been led out of the house roughshod in handcuffs. Terrorism and all. Dude, what was your community service? You didn't have to give Emilio Estevez back rubs or anything did you? probably should have said anecdote instead of analogy. i'm sure i did in my internal voice. —MajandraFan |

No, I was (and still am) 17, so I just got the regular community service, cleaning up roads, picking up shit in parks, raking up millions of leaves, cleaning horse shit, beautifying an alleyway, clearing out the backyard of an exploded meth lab, many more things.... I hated it so much, and the fact that I really didn't deserve 10 days made it 10x worse. What happened to your friend? Did he get his computer back? I still haven't gotten mine back, it's still "evidence". Bullshit. Evidence for what? I'm not being tried for anything. Other than the porn, I didn't have anything illegal on there. btw, Dusty informed me that Emilio Estevez is Charlie Sheen's brother. That still amazes me. —Stryker311 |
