Saturday, November 4, 2006 at 11:19 AM OK Dr Who fans the BBC are showing in the UK a spin off series called Torchwood featuring the Captain Jack character - It's more grown up and very recommened if you get a chance to see it. The second episode featured this line "He came and the he went" you have to see it to believe it. —AceRockollaisAce |

Saturday, November 4, 2006 at 11:54 AM For the USians among us, I don't think we get to see that on SciFi until January or so (we're just in the middle of season two of Dr. Who - as a matter of fact, I watched part II of the cybermen last night). —anobody |

Saturday, November 4, 2006 at 12:06 PM As you know I love these new Dr Who's for Once the BBC got it right much better than I could have hoped. They have just brought out a new Robin Hood series that manages to be the worst pile of shit ever - That has to be better than a series from 22 years ago with music by Clannad - the series was called Robin of Sherwood (Micahel Praed played Robin for two seasons and Jason Connery followed. Very good. —AceRockollaisAce |

Saturday, November 4, 2006 at 12:24 PM Christopher Eccleston was so good in season one that I didn't think I'd like David Tennant - but I have to grudgingly admit that he's pretty good too. Somehow I don't see Robin Hood making it across the pond.

Sunday, November 5, 2006 at 8:29 PM You're not saying that Oz is even further behind than the US, are you? Doesn't the Queen rule the land of roos? WTF? Captain Jack comes in toward the end of season I. Sarah Jane Smith and K-9 come back in season II. Not only that but they've got their own new spin-off coming up soon - "The Sarah Jane Adventures" (sounds like you'll be seeing it sometime around 2008/2009). —anobody |

Sunday, November 5, 2006 at 9:20 PM i'm behind, not australia. and i knew elisabeth sladen was coming back. unless she's caved and got plastic surgery, it should be good. she was always a good actress and bringing back someone so old school rarely happens in anything. maybe comics sometimes. rarely tv or movies. few things run so long. —MajandraFan |
