By the way, AssHolla, what are the marijuana laws like in the "gun free" U.K.? Is there a medical allowance? Are cops sniffing at every traffic stop for it?

2nd by the way, it's sad that I would have to say this, but I've never so much as handled marijuana in my life. I've never smoked cigarettes either because that would take gun $$.

If you live in Texas, vote for Kinky Friedman.

He doesn't talk about his stand on the 2nd amendment on his website at all though.

People who are too lazy/stupid/anti gun to return the NRA's simple friggin' survey (scroll down half a page) usually won't get my vote. I guess he was too busy getting "Kinky" to answer a simple survey and drop it in the mail.

That may be true, but Mojo Nixon wrote a song about Kinky Friedman.

Q: What's Kinky's feeling on gun control?
A: The second amendment is every bit as important as the others. Texans have the right to keep and bear arms, as well as to hunt.

"Friedman supports the decriminalization of marijuana, though he doesn't advocate making its sale legal. "I'm not talking about like Amsterdam," he's noted, "We've got to clear some of the room out of the prisons so we can put the bad guys in there, like the pedophiles and the politicians"

I'd like mr double talk to explain how you decriminalize something but keep it's sale illegal. I've heard that B.S. before and it's a contradiction no matter HOW people try to explain it.

I've concluded that kinko is a typical politician. He's acting like he's all "common sense" but is playing both sides of a bunch of issues, and telling people what they WANT to hear all over the place. His statement on gun control seemed half hearted to say the LEAST. It seemed like he knew he needed to say something relatively pro gun but didn't really want to. I get the feeling that he privately mocks gun owners but wants their votes.

He's right on being against that abominable toll road corridor though.

He's also correct on dealing with the mexican invasion.

Bottom line, I think Texas on the whole, would be better off if he won. The legislature would thankfully protect the people from his short sighted and naive idea to allow casino gambling for education. More $$ does NOT = better education. Not by a damn sight. The legislature would also protect the unborn from him and his pandering to women and their supposed "right" to murder the defenseless.

I'm guessing it's because "Republican" currently means "neocon", which is somewhat different from the "traditional" conservative in a number of respects.

What's the difference between the constitutionalist party and the constitution party?

Drake, because the republican party is controlled by the same powers at the highest levels that run the dem party: globalists. Most repubs are anti gun even though they fake being "pro gun." Most republicans are pro tyranny: pro "patriot" act, pro war, pro war on americans possessing CERTAIN drugs,

...do I need to keep going?

Is that right?

guns = good
guns in the hands of private citizens = good
citizens well armed to at least keep par with the HEAVILY armed jack booted government thugs = good

gambling w/lotteries so government can take a HUGE CUT like the mafia = bad
gambling w/casinos so government can take a HUGE CUT like the mafia = bad
gambling legalized in such a way to prevent the above = impossible with government institutionally huge and overbearing

I think you'd be better served to worry about whether or not ANYONE will EVER swallow YOU, than to worry about whether or not Tiffany (who doesn't like you ANYway) swallowed someone she DOES like.

Y'know how when folks here call you "creepy," and you act all wounded, and wonder what the fuck they're talking about? Yeah, this is the type of shit to which they're referring.

STRIKER: DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE DIFFERENCE IS BETWEEN THE CONSTITUTIONALIST PARTY AND CONSTITUTION PARTY OR DON'T YOU?

Elvis-in-ZT - don't waste your time, striker cannot answer questions - only pose new ones and moan that they have not been answered no matter how many times you try - He is a perfect tard caller to loveline - He is on meds, has been abused by his ma,pa and uncle jed, is building up an arsenal of weapons ready to launch his attempted goverment takeover / or preparing to shoot up a schoolful of innocent kids, he does not own a passport and has never been out of the USA even though he hates the place, he is scared of the dark, convinced his gun will keep him safe from the bogey man and has a small penis.

I've been staying out of this discussion because I'm not exactly anti-gun. And, as much as Alex Jones is full of shit, he did appear in A Scanner Darkly -- he can't be all bad. So, striker and I have a little more in common than our shared humanity.

At the same time I do wonder about the State of The Loveline Companion.

I really need to shave my pubes.

I've been up all night.

I don't know why I'm replying to this thread.

I should also take a shower.

What I'm trying to say is that Elvis is in all of us, so lets just all get along.

Ace you just keep showing your stupidity getting all upset about whether I answer that totally INconsequential question. Why do you care so much? Your rant in your last post shows how friggin' bitter you are from being beaten SOUNDLY on the gun issue. I caught you being a total liar on several occasions because you had run out of ways to defend your irrational position. Clearly you're pissed as hell from all that, or you wouldn't be grasping at straws to rant about me like in your last post.

Just like you ran out of logical, believable arguments in the gun issue, you've apparently run out of pointless insults because you repeat the same grade school (attempts at) insults over and over.

I've made it clear for eons that I'm a 90% Libertarian (the national Libertarian party is wrong on abortion and bush style open borders), but since you apparently need me to repeat it there ya go. I just don't follow the other 3rd parties. The Libertarian party is the ONLY third party that has hundreds of local people IN OFFICE RIGHT NOW all over the country. People from the constitution party USED to show up at gun shows but I haven't seen or heard anything from them in years.

This thread matters to ace so much because he got his british clock cleaned in a half dozen debates on gun owner rights.
