Friday, November 3, 2006 at 9:23 AM This morning's TACS featured "Adam's only stalker" who hopped a plane from Chicago to see Carolla. They put the 26 year old "attractive" woman on the air and then her mom called in briefly to complain and was...not pleased. My point is that I seem to recall the same stalker calling into loveline a while back. Does this ring a bell for anyone? Adam didn't seem to remember her at all. —justnorthofthebridge |

Friday, November 3, 2006 at 10:38 AM Edited Friday, November 3, 2006 at 10:39 AM I miss having stalkers. I had two or three in high school. Two of them were friends and I made out with both of them one night. That was great. Later that year I convinced one of them that I as a heroin addict. There was a full time police officer on working at the high school, and she told him. He called me in to his office and said "I looked at your grades, and you don't seem like a heroin addict. But watch out, because if you start taking heroin your grades will drop." Looking back on it, I'm a little upset that police officers some how had access to my grades and whatever else was on file. Ohh yeah... justn, I don't have an answer to your question. —Elvis-In-ZT |

Friday, November 3, 2006 at 10:49 AM I've had two stalkers. One in high school--we went on a date, I decided that one date was enough, and she would just show up places after that--like I'd be at the movies with a friend and she'd walk in and sit down next to me. Very creepy. She was a friend's older sister and that made it all the more complicated. Stalker #2 was in my apartment building. I leave with my dog for a walk and then she'd always be waiting for me on the stairs when I came home. Not just once in awhile, but every single time I walked my dog. I'd didn't figure it out until I started dating my wife who pointed it out and then it all came together and I got seriously creeped out because her parents were literally insane (like couldn't work and just lived on assistance checks) so I started saving the treats she had for my dog "for later." —bguirk |

Friday, November 3, 2006 at 11:17 AM I have a stalker here at school. One time, he IMed me and said that he just read my entire livejournal and now he feels like he knows me and that we're like the same person. Then he would periodically come to my room to ask me some random question that I would obviously not know or he would ask me to proofread some paper he wrote and I'd just be like wtf we're not friends. —mandeemoo22 |

Sunday, November 5, 2006 at 12:59 AM I remember a Loveline call, I think a few years ago where a girl called in and just started talking to Adam like they knew each other. When he said, "Who are you?" she said she had sent him a bunch of letters through her local Loveline affiliate. Adam said we don't get any of that stuff, some local DJ is getting off on your letters, I don't know you. After she hung up, Drew was disturbed, saying she was delusional, she really believed you guys had a relationship! I think the girl was calling from Chicago, and had sent the e-mail letters to the Chicago affiliate. Was that this same Katie? Does anyone remember that call? —goldberry99 |

Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at 9:25 AM yes goldberry, that's the one. Exactly. Well if that call was creepy then, its even more creepy to think that years later, she appeared in the lobby of TACS and offered (on air) to give adam a bj. I wonder what Drew thinks about them letting her on air, and the insensed mom pleading with the producer to get her on a plane to Chicago. Surreal. ...and at the same time I'm curious enough to check the website for a picture. Thanks for the info - JNOTB —justnorthofthebridge |

Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at 12:34 PM The Katie Clip from ACS I too remember this girl calling into Loveline as Goldberry describes above. I recall a girl with a similar voice asking Adam: "Adam, did you get my letter?" and then Adam mocking her for sending letters to her local station. Does anyone have an approximate date for this show? —Full Meat |

Saturday, November 11, 2006 at 4:45 PM I moved from LA, so I haven't heard the show much. This clip seems to show that they've dialed Dameshek way back, can I thank god that this is the norm now? If so, maybe this show will have a chance now. —You're 25? What's up? |
