Just occurred to me - you're probably well past the point where birthdays seem like a Good Thing™.

Yep 45 today (wish it was 25 but time marches on).
Thank you all for the greetings its nice to have people thinking of you.
My wife had a surprise party for me last night which was great fun although not very rock and roll especially as it ended with myself and 4 ex work mates watching the first episode of the Adam Carolla Project whilst 90% pissed. We are all Loveline fans (I introduced them to the shows)and this was the first time they had actually seen the Ace man. We were all laughing like crazy (It's much funnier watching it with a bit of a buzz on and some friends around).
I have recently tried to introduce them to the delights of TACS, Ron & Fez, O & A, Stern and Kevin and Bean but the vote remains for Loveline (Adam & Drew era).

Sounds like a pretty cool party to me :-)

Yeah, I've tried the others (half from you, actually), but I agree with the consensus, the old Loveline eps were the best.

Not only that, but I must confess - although I made a mental note of the date when Ace mentioned it before, it was your post that reminded me :D
