Third - they're too prolific and the noise to signal ratio is too high (I'll tone it down a bit as I'm one of the culprits... though I will be posting two when I get a chance this afternoon).
I play everything, but I get about 10 seconds through before I go "eh, not worth watching," unless someone's raved about it, in which case I stick it out (if they've sufficiently explained why I should).

hey, those were good! well, jenna haze didn't do too much for me. her teeth weird me out (among other things). but for the most part, my faith has been restored. (for at least an hour)
