By the way, The way I started working for Carolla is I made an unoffical fan site like this website, CBS Radio contacted me and said I had to take down the meterial that was owned by them. Then Jack Sullivan (Other Webmaster) called me the next day and said that he and many others were impressed with the website I created they hired me to do what I am no doing for The Adam Carolla Show Today, only now I get payed :-)

For the record, here's why I don't like Billy posting here (besides the fact that I find him annoying); it's the same reason that I don't like it when Anderson posts, I feel that it blurs the line between the forum and the shows, they should stay seperate, like the whites and the blacks.
And that's something I love about TLC, and why I won't post again at the ACS Forum; I can make a joke like that and no one cares!
I know some of you get a kick out of talking to Anderson, but I just get nervous when known people start posting, like it somehow endangers the site. Don't ask me why, I'm just naturally paranoid.

Nothing that I can tell, if JJ Gold has never been banned (threatening the lives of other members, general douchnozzery) I don't think anyone ever will. Sometimes threads get locked/"disappeared" if they mention Lindsay Lohan, Lost, or Project 23, but even that only happens half the time.

For as much as you like to think some of us here are jealous, we're really just frustrated with your poor management. Any of us here who have ever had to manage people before are sitting back and watching you make mistake after mistake after mistake and wondering when you're going to catch on. You have to understand how disappointing to see Adam's web identity handled so carelessly.
When Adam has needed in the past, it's been people on The Loveline Companion who went to bat for him. If it wasn't for us, KROQ probably would have low-balled him off of Loveline a couple years ago. We kept him on Loveline, and if it wasn't for that he wouldn't have been so high on the radar when CBS was looking for somebody to replace Stern. If it wasn't for The Loveline Companion, you probably wouldn't have a job working for Adam now.
I know you're young, and most people who have learned how to be good managers end up learning it through trial-and-error. This drama with the forums isn't your first mistake and I know it won't be your last. But I'm doubting if you can learn fast enough to keep things afloat. So far it seems like most of your fuck-ups have stayed under Adam's radar, but if you keep this up it won't stay that way much longer.

Billy, the only problem i have is that you dont know how to treat women. When a insecure girl with a big nose and bony arms asks you to prom, you shouldn’t say “Thanks, but no thanks”, you should’ve came up with a better answer like. “Oh I’m so sorry, but I already found a date”, or “you live miles apart from me, I don’t think its going to work out”. Just play nice, and people will be nice to you.
