Tuesday, May 2, 2006 at 1:09 PM I disagree. You noted having to suck up to your profesor in order to pass one of the classes . And sucking up qualifies as giving BJ's to profesors. If you want to call them that at Junior college. Plus, in Junior college, all the professors are looking for is a little action from the retareded students who just want to pass. —andrewwagner777 |

I would say that 50% of the students at Modesto JC are 40 and up..which makes me feel smart (well thats what they tell me)..everybody says "wow! so you started college right after high school?!!!!...lol. Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at 10:44 PM Just about every semester when I taught freshmen and sophomore level lab classes, I'd have some student who was going to get a B or C in my lab come begging to me not to give them such a low grade because it'd ruin their 4.0 I've never been able to understand why people get so obsessed with a number that means so little. Stupidest thing about ASU though is that if you get a low enough grade in a course, you can retake it and have the old grade replaced by the new one. Thanks to that, I also had a couple of students who failed my labs and told me that they didn't care because they'd just have the grade replaced. —anobody |
