- Speaks in an condescending/arrogant manner and often presents opinion as fact.
- Has very poor "signal-to-noise" in what they say, often because points are padded in trite cliches or anecdotes.
O'Reilly satisfies the first point but not the second... his delivery is quite concise, so I would give him a pass on labelling him a blowhard even though I often disagree with his opinions. MajandraFan, on the other hand, is textbook blowhard.

That has to be the best/worst gag gift ever. If hot air is your only criteria, then Rush "talk about how drug users should be sent to jail forever while you are sending your hispanic maid to wait outside a Burger King to buy your oxycontin that you are abusing to the point of going deaf" Limbaugh would win...
