He's not been here in a long time. And is Adam ever going to finish Sub-Terrainian Vehicle? : (

I think the title Adam wanted was "Sub-Terrainian Parking."

I sent Narrin an email a long time ago, actually, asking him for some advice on getting started with Flash animations. I mentioned my screenname and that he might not remember me, but evidently he did--the reason for this being that he lurked at the forums a lot. So he may not be posting much, but there's a good chance he's still around.

If he lurked then he doesn't now--this place has gone so far downhill since then. Remember the glory days when all the posters were solid and high quality and everyone stayed on topic? Those were the best.

Perhaps I exaggerated by saying "a long time ago". This was well after the complaints about the decay of TLC began.

Speaking of Narrin, did he do the animation on the TLC show?

I forgot to sit through the credits.

adam was talking about what he thought should be his next cartoon, "Petif-Isle. He said it would be a combination of "Lost" and "Lord of the Flies."

I don't think he did. But the feeling is very similar. Adam doing voice over and the animation matching what he is saying. I liked it.

"Pedoph-Isle."

Do you know that there is an island somewhere in the U.S. where pedophiles who have done their time go live. I saw a teaser on the news for it last week.

I'm still here, and I'm actually working on something, but it's slow going because I got a full time job and moved since the last one, so now it's evenings and weekends. I desperately want to have it done by the time Adam checks out, and I probably will. I'm aiming for late November, which basically means it'll be ready by Christmas. ;)

Oh, and while it's definitely on the list (especially with the new half hour of material!), it's NOT Pedoph-Isle. I still think you'll all dig it, though.

(And when I was doing the Sub piece, I completely forgot that later in that episode Adam gave it a name, so I just went ahead and called it something. Also, while I did the one on Drew's show, I didn't do the toon on the AC Project.)

Thanks for the update, Michael.

Don't listen to these splozers. You animate what you want to. Like Pediph-isle. ;-D

See, I told you he was still here! Ooh, I was optimistic and right! That almost never happens, and it's the best kind of being right!

Cheers! Michael Narrin. You are great. There have been MANY threads devoted to cataloging some of the most MICHAEL NARRIN CARTOON-worthy Loveline moments.

Thunderbear should we look forward to many more amazing Loveline animations well into the future(at your own pace of course)?

Or will you retire after this one? I sure hope not.
