I Say Good Day |

Thursday, August 4, 2005 at 9:30 AM It's been a good while since Adam has done a good ole series that we call 'lightning round' and I think that it is about time for another one. What do you think? BTW, I'm curious in when was the first episode where Adam introduced lightning round. —I Say Good Day |

Thursday, August 4, 2005 at 9:46 AM Yeah, people have been suggesting that he bring this back for a while now, but he doesn't seem very interested in it. I think he should do at least one more, at LEAST, before he leaves the show. It'd be a travesty if he didn't return to it at least one last time. —Dark Laith |

Thursday, August 4, 2005 at 11:08 AM Traffic and weather have sadly replaced lightning round. Traffic and weather are great, but sometimes I need to know what time it is or if Drew is "hot hot hot." —bguirk |

Thursday, August 4, 2005 at 1:16 PM I think Engineer Mike was around for the Lightning round or it could've been when the baton was handed to Anderson. Either way, we would be without some great drops without the lightning round. "Got a little yeasty on the peck-a-roo" came from it as well as the name Ace Rockolla. —bguirk |

Thursday, August 4, 2005 at 4:30 PM Edited Thursday, August 4, 2005 at 4:38 PM The episode with Darryl Hammond (From 2000) has a great Lightning Round, where Adam (Ace) keeps inviting "guests" into the studio (Jesse Jackson, Bill Clinton, Ted Koppel, etc.) —mikeyfish |

Friday, August 5, 2005 at 7:51 AM The episode with Jimmy Kimmel in 2001 is funny because Anderson plays the lightning drop twice before Adam really gets a clue. Then Adam asks him, "What do you want, Anderson? A lightning round? You know I can't do them if guests are on." It's kind of funny because Adam silences Anderson. —Jadzia_Adrienne_Dax |

Friday, August 5, 2005 at 11:35 AM ^^ I have a clip of that lightning round. It's floating around out there on Kazaa or whatever you kids are using these days. I think it's in my hub share folder too.
