Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at 1:25 PM I would bet it is not to promote his show, but simply because Kimmel couldn't book any other guests and Adam is doing a favor. No way the Ace man is a 2nd seater to Anthony Michael Hall. —Ovid |

Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at 8:49 PM Well, I forgot about it, but just turned on the east coast feed and Adam is the first guest. So, anyone on the west coast, turn it on at 12 and Adam will be there. He does confirm that Weird Science is an incredibly funny movie. Indeed it is. —Ovid |

Thursday, June 9, 2005 at 8:19 AM ^^ Adam buys a house with his own money, fixes it up with his crew of Mexicans, and sells it. The first house they do is his Dad's from his childhood. The one where he took craps in the popcorn tin. —bguirk |

Thursday, June 9, 2005 at 8:32 PM Edited Thursday, June 9, 2005 at 8:34 PM Every interview I've read of Anthony Michael Hall, he comes across as an asshole, a guy who thinks he's god's gift to humanity. Just look at him on last night's Kimmel, and tell me you didnt want to punch him in the face. EDIT- Although I did like him as Bill Gates. —mikeyfish |

Friday, June 10, 2005 at 9:09 AM Was anybody else anoyed by Jimmy's fake laughing at Adam's jokes? Everything that happens on a late night talk show is scripted and fake. The best ones make it look natural (Letterman, Conan). Jimmy is still learning but he's already better than Leno. Did you catch the aborted bit where they started talking about the Dodgers and Jimmy tried to get Adam to talk about getting banned from the team he is no a co-captain of? —bguirk |

Friday, June 10, 2005 at 2:27 PM It killed me because I heard that show the day it happened and I can't quite remember a)Who Adam screamed at--it was a Dodger old timer though. b)Who got to go bat instead of Adam (I think it was Stephen Baldwin who had already struck out twice). —bguirk |

Well, 16 candles wasn't too bad. — oh-for Perhaps BOTH of these statements are accurate, as Sixteen Candles PRECEDED The Breakfast Club. — Dusty TheHick What? No love for Weird Science? Come on guys. That movie completes the trifecta (not to mention Vacation, which preceded them all). Although, certainly not great, I'd have to go with Edward Scissorhands as his last good movie. You can skip pretty much everything else (and skip Johnny Be Good twice, just to be safe.) —Beat It! |
