Saturday, June 4, 2005 at 2:55 PM I caught a few minutes of this new (I guess) reality show this week, which is eeerily coincidental with Adam's "Chicks & WW2" rant. One part of the show involved the nerdy guys trying to teach their hottie partners 5th-grade level knowledge, including some WW2 stuff--accompanied with the requisite "Why do I need to know that?" comments. I missed the last couple LL episodes--maybe Adam or Drew mentioned it? —MagneticChange |

Sunday, June 5, 2005 at 12:08 PM Edited Sunday, June 5, 2005 at 12:14 PM This was pretty painful to watch. The anxiety and awkwardness are just seeping out of all the guys (and literally in the case of the neuro-imaging guy.) I could see Richard as mandeemoo's future husband. He really is like a blooming Woody Allen; you could even have his balls in a kosher pickle jar on top of the refrigerator. One thing that really bugs me is the elimination factor. I don't know why this has become a trend in reality shows, but I think it ruins the social dynamic because everyone becomes aggressive and paranoid. They could just have a running point or money total that is rewarded at the end but instead they have to recreate "alliance" bullshit through elimination challenges. —Mahalo |

Sunday, June 5, 2005 at 10:40 PM Quite OT, but how old is Meg from the Family Guy? I'm curious because she slept with Jimmy Fallon on a SNL bit. I don’t know why, but I always thought Quagmire would end up deflowering her.

Monday, June 6, 2005 at 1:27 PM I can see why people hate Fallon, what with the constant smirks and all. He seems a bit too impressed with himself. I wouldn't say he's a no talent hack though. He's had his moments - I always thought that gay high fashion clerk sketch was funny as hell, and he did a solid job on update too. —The Go Finger |

Monday, June 6, 2005 at 2:22 PM I think Jimmy Fallon was funny on SNL, but I didn't like his songs. Him and Horatio Sanz cracking up sometimes saved a sort of crappy scketch. —Hashmeer Shashmeer |

Monday, June 6, 2005 at 4:05 PM When he first started on SNL, I was so obsessed with him, but then, this gross girl that I used to ride the bus with told me that she loved him too, so that kind of turned me off. But, I've still always kinda had a thing. I liked the sketches with him and Horatio, but not when they were laughing, that just annoyed me. But it seemed like the ones with him and Horatio weren't really scripted and I liked that feel to them. —mandeemoo22 |
