I'm no big fan Tom Petty myself, but don't just hate all old music. Also, I don't really care if young people are into all that crappy music as long as they like good music, too. Those band will not stand the test of time very well. Sorry if I come off as an elitist prick. I like Blink 182, Green Day, etc. and get my fair share of ribbing. I think Oldies is just Pop from the 50's-60's. Jimi Hendix is from the sixies and is classified as Classic Rock (he only had 1 top 40 hit). —Hashmeer Shashmeer |
