Friday, January 7, 2005 at 12:45 AM Isn't this far more common? I think just like the Catholic priest molester scandal this is far more comon than people think, it just hadn't made it to the newspapers and administrators and parents used to handle it discretly. Now we have lawyers to thank for making this not so discreet. I know during my high school years there was one social studies teacher who was busted for having relationships with male and female students. Plus there was a female English teacher who got intimate with more than a few students, both male and female, but she was never fingered. (pardon the pun) Then at a neighboring high school there was an notable English teacher who moonlighted as a newspaper columnist who got canned for having a realtionship with a female student. By the way, the only kind of teachers who one can fully rule out as potential molesters are...? Math teachers. Most likely? English. —GDG |

Friday, January 7, 2005 at 12:48 AM There was a teacher in my school who was well-known for having sex with a number of the (female) students. It was rumoured that after graduation he moved to the midwest with the valedictorian. He was a basketball coach, the drama teacher and... damn -- I can't remember what his "real" subject was. —steve |

Friday, January 7, 2005 at 12:52 AM Edited Friday, January 7, 2005 at 12:52 AM We had a vice-principal and two teachers at my high school who were also well-known to have had sex with female students. But what can you do? Sickos abound, I guess! And the sad part was, a few girls snitched these guys out, and they still kept doing their thing... —nvgoddess |

Friday, January 7, 2005 at 1:53 AM when i was in 6th grade, some kid accused one of the teachers of diddling him. i remember he marched in front of the school in a clown outfit (with his mom), holding a sign that said "i am not a clown, i am a victim." even at the tender age of 11 i was wise enough to think "what a faggot." —GooseAss |

Monday, January 10, 2005 at 10:21 PM Can you really blame the teachers for dipping in the cookie jar? I went to a highschool recently and I though I was in Red Light Amsterdam. —savethebabies |
