Monday, December 6, 2004 at 11:42 PM How old is Anderson and how much does he make? He's gotta make some dough if he's been on the show for so long and plays, at times, an integral role with the soundboard.

Monday, December 6, 2004 at 11:49 PM I think Anderson's around 28-30. As far as the salary goes, I don't really know -- Adam's always joked that he doesn't make anything, but like you, I too would think that having been with the show as long as he has and playing such an integral role would land him a decent salary. —steve |

Tuesday, December 7, 2004 at 12:25 AM Very interesting. Thanks for the info. Also, why is he called an "engineer"? Are people who run the soundboards at radio stations conventionally called engineers, just like railroad operators are traditionally called engineers? Or is it the case that Anderson has a degree in engineering? —ankiedada |

Tuesday, December 7, 2004 at 1:18 AM yes, people who do sound are commonly reffered to as "engineers," but don't let that fool you, doing sound isn't that hard. —GooseAss |

Tuesday, December 7, 2004 at 9:22 AM I bet he doesn't make hardly anything, he doesn't play an integral part in the show (no matter how much we all like him) he could be replaced in a heartbeat, probably with someone like Engineer Chris/Michelle who only make in the $10 per hour range. Radio stations are just as notorious as any other big business, maybe more, for paying their non-on-air talent peanuts, not even medical coverage. Why do you think Michelle is a mobile DJ too? Sure, she probably likes it, but I bet Loveline doesn't cover the bills for hardly any of them, including Anderson. —Masteel |

Tuesday, December 7, 2004 at 10:06 AM "doing sound isn't that hard." I disagree. I'm a sound engineer for concerts and such, and it is very hard. Granted, I'm sure it's not hard on the radio, but it isn't in other places. —Jack Bauer |

Tuesday, December 7, 2004 at 12:16 PM Speaking of Anderson, what the hell have all the drops been? The reason we all love the guy is for his drops, and we know he's present because of his occasional clashes with Adam. Even Adam has become evident of this, having said on one of last weeks shows that he could easily be replaced with a "plastic snowman". —Folgers |

Tuesday, December 7, 2004 at 5:41 PM Edited Tuesday, December 7, 2004 at 5:43 PM Has Kevin Weatherly "talked" to Anderson again? Edited to add: If Kevin Weatherly is keeping Anderson from playing as many drops, as well as Adam rambling about high school football, etc., I'd like to say to Kevin, "Keep your hands off the goddamn show!" Thanks. —steve |
