What do you mean by etc? Bush is the first president to have reigned over a net loss of jobs since Hoover. That is a big deal, because plenty of presidents have gone through recessions, no one is blaming him for the recession, but how he dealt with it. He took us into a war which all justifications have turned out to be false, and still won't apologize, and still insinuates connections between Iraq and Al Queda which have been conclusively proven to be false.
And now terrorism has gone up noticably, as reported by the US State department, the highest it's been in 30 years, yet people still have the conecpetion he's made America safter. Korea has nukes, which they've threatened to use to preemptively strike the US with, which they did not 4 years ago. If anything, terrorists have learned, if the US considers you a threat, you better get nukes fast. Al Queda membership is higher than its ever been, and is now spread over 60 countries. Are we going to invade all those countries now because the governments are harboring terrorists?
I don't know. It's just craziness to me. Because, in spite of all this, the vast majority of his supports still believe in the Iraq and Al Queda connections, as well as Saddam having WMDs/significant programs to create them. They also have distorted perspectives on his positions on stuff like the environment and Kyoto Treaty. It's because of that religious faith which allows for a lot of them to vote with a clear conscious and not be bothered by fancy pants "facts".
