Good find, Marc! For those who might want more info on it before diving in, it's an article entitled "Traffic: Why It's Getting Worse, What Governments Can Do"

It's an essay that examines the fundamental problem of traffic. It also offers some solutions to the problem, and even lists the ups and downs of each solution. However, the author ends up back where he started, stating that the only viable option is to live with traffic congestion.

Interesting stuff.
