Would it kill Silent Virgin or whoever it is who posts the clip of the week to list the actual show that the clip is from? I've liked some of the conversation from these clips but the date listed is usually very broad. If you're pulling the clips from some grab bag of clips that are not labelled properly, how about linking the clip on the loveline direct connect hub first and asking the experts on there if they can place it? They would probably have a quick response. Admittedly, the lldb is a great resource to help narrow down the options (I was able to narrow the current clip's possibilities down to four shows) but a little help would be nice.

Sorry... I simply don't know which shows the "Clips of the Week" are from. If the clip is dated before April/May of 2002 (when this web site started), I don't even have a recording of the full show, in most cases. When I was saving these clips, I had no idea I was going to start a web site... I saved them just for my own amusement, for my own personal collection.

The date given for a "Clip of the Week" is based upon the creation date of the MP3 file on my computer. Back in the day, I encoded my Loveline clips once every one or two weeks, so the MP3 creation date only allows me to guess which month the clip is from. Unless one can identify a guest speaking, one would have to listen to a lot of audio to pinpoint the exact show.

For those who are curious, my sound clip collection is burnt onto CD-ROM discs. Since starting the "Clip of the Week", I've been marching through them sequentally, more or less. We are currently making our way through "Loveline Disc 8"... this week's "Rotary Phone" is from this disc. As of this writing, there are 16 discs total.
