Ironically, it actually accomplished the opposite of what Anderson was complaining about and actually got more people involved in the show - are they on in Pittsburgh? Also, I think Adam asks him if he drank absinthe:
Adam: What are you doing, are you smoking pot? Anderson: I’m smoking-I’m smoking crack tonight, but- Adam: Now, what are you doing, you, are you drink-did you drink some-some absinthe or something?
