Apparently the University of Washington, which I will be going to in the fall, requires that you either apply for student-based insurance, have your own insurance, or simply pay money to get a therapist. Didn't Drew say universities provided this service for free to enrolled students?

No, I'm not being indignant -- paying probably won't be a problem for me (although doing it without my dad finding out might be). But someone might want to point out to Drew that it's not necessarily free.

At my institution of higher education, it was definitely free. I think he's right in general, though obviously each school can make it's own policies I guess.

On that note, getting the morning after pill I found out is harder than I'd thought, even when non perscription. I'm also in Washington, and I looked around, and half the pharmacies, including Planned Parenthood required a perscription. And the one I went to that didn't required the female to come and fill out some forms, and she was working that day. So, bad times sorta. Drew had just said the Washington was non perscription, I thought it was weird some places were and some weren't and how it was still a pain in the ass to get the pill.
