Monday, August 9, 2004 at 5:57 AM Seemed like there was definite friction there tonight, it sounded like Adam was a little annoyed with Dax, starting with the "Moto Guzie" (spelling??) and LAPD Biker Cops thing. What was it Adam said, "you know enough to crash a bike, but not about the motoguzie?" and the end when Adam told Dax, "We're not talking about some person who went to junior college for 2 years, then transferred to a 4 year university. We're talking about a 16 year old cooking up some meth here" Quotes aren't totally accurate, but I love it when Adam gets pissed at a guest's comments, and doesn't hide it well. I personally think that happens mostly when they unknowingly try to steal his thunder, or don't agree with his rant, like when Jay Mohr didn't agree with the perfectness of the "Neatly Trimmed Triangle Pubic Hair" as being what most men liked. —Masteel |

Monday, August 9, 2004 at 7:20 PM How long have you been listening. I really don't think there was any friction between dax and adam. Did you hear the end of the show, saying Dax and Seth should come back any time? —Erlog |

Monday, August 9, 2004 at 8:45 PM I'm not sure if there is friction (the show is only just now airing in Atlanta), but Adam ALWAYS tells people to come back any time, even I think when he doesn't particularly like a guest. I was just thinking the other day that him saying that has become very routine in the recent months. Next thing we know he'll be calling everyone "dear, dear friend"s! Speaking of which, I miss DAG. —IceBoxWoman |

Tuesday, August 10, 2004 at 12:45 PM Nah, there was nothing. Adam talked about Dax's name, they joked together about reading lips. They played off each other too much to really not like each other. You are reading far too much in to this, and I think that after you listen to the show some more. It's real easy for adam to sound angry, but not really be angry. Adam's rants are a good baseline. He is angry during those rants, every time else, he is not. They had more of a common interest in the 'moto gutzie' conversation and had a little friendly bet going. I've seen adam do stuff like this a million times with drew and then they get one of the phone screeners or anderson/chris to look it up. He wasn't angry at Dax. There was way too much joking around for any of them to be angry. —Erlog |

Tuesday, August 10, 2004 at 2:16 PM What's so bad about being stale, huh? When bread goes stale it turns hard and stiff, just like my penis, which is constantly erect. My penis is stale and I love it. And friction is how I express my love for my penis.
