For Http://64.29.16.135: Downloading programs to my i-pod

Is there a way to download Loveline programs from the http site? I can't log on to ftp://64, etc., which worked for a while. Now I guess it thinks I want to contribute to the site. I have Mac OS X, but I'm not an advanced computer user.

Get the shows off the newsgroups. Then put those mp3 on your 'pod. Or what I do is convert my loveline shows to AAC and make them bookmarkable so's I can pick up where I left off.
