Everytime I attempt to connect, I get this:

*** Connecting to loveline.redirectme.net ...
*** Unknown address

Any suggestions?

No idea why the redirect address wouldn't work, you might try adding the port onto the end like this: loveline.redirectme.net:411
If that doesn't work, you can probably try using the direct IP address instead: 68.99.80.160:411, the only downside to that being, if ACE's IP ever changes, or the hub moves temporarily or permanently, then you have to update the address manually.

That address is working for me. I will say, though, that I remember having the same problem awhile ago, and eventually it just started to work. For now, though, try the IP address solution.
