Mine is the one that goes: Things are sick and twisted from too much sun and nazis....

I like it so much that i actually like the theme song better than the actual game!

Adam's original was funny. The rest have been pretty pretty gay. When they wip out the theme music and hype up G or F to guests it is embarassingly bad. The words are okay. No one has sung a tune like Adam :-)

Andy Dick's was very good. However, the best one is definitely the "Things are sick and twisted" version.

I, too, like the "Things are sick and twisted" theme.

But I'd still love to hear Drew - being a trained opera singer - sing an operatic version of the Germany or Florida theme. We just need someone to call the show and ask him. (I tried once, but couldn't get past the screeners.)

Drew loses my respect when he pimps the opera singing. In the right context it can be ironically funny. But that rarely emerges and I don't think he has a clue to be capable of identifying it. Is Drew a clown or a doctor worth listening to? I know, but he seems conflicted. There is a thirst for celebrity there.

I liked Adam's off-key hap-hazzard version. All of the others seemed like they were the product of a lame middleschool intercom/radio show.

finlayson, if you're going to ask Drew about it, better not tell the screeners. Best way is to come up with a problem for both of them, get their advice and before they cut you off, do the "Oh, and Drew...?" thing.

Heck, we could even ask the great Miriam to do it for us since she somehow gets on the show a LOT of times!

Drew never pimps his opera singing, Adam's the one that always has Anderson play it. Drew gets uncomfortable having thr guest listen to it.

This is my favorite too.

The lyrics are:

Things are sick and twisted,
From too much sun and Nazis

Sex, meth, and death fetishes,
Both of them have got these

Guaranteed not to bore ya,
Germany or Florida

Nah, the odds of him being a good bogus caller are small (purely by show statistics), and the point where they say "Oh, and" anything, that's where Adam and Drew start saying "uh-oh" and waiting for a mason jar reference.

Yeah, exactly. And besides, he's damn good at it. If he were to do a little pimping, it would be justified.

I THINK DREW SHOULD PIMP HIS VOICE MORE!

I am wondering more and more how many of you are the same person. All of the praise for Andy Dick and this GF theme song is weird. The overwhelming majority can't possibly like either. Someone is greasing the wheels here.

Pimping the opera: Drew was the one up there singing on JKL. Anyone know who twisted his arm? He seemed to be enjoying the moment to me.

Pan Pan hates to burst your bubble, but I am a serious, hard-core opera buff, with over 3,000 CDs in my collection and season tickets to the SF Opera (do you know how hard those are to come by?)...and I can state with complete authority that Drew's voice isn't all that good. Good Lord, even Pan Pan sings better than that!

Stop embarrassing yourself, Doctor.

Well, Pan Pan, comparing a doctor to a professional opera singer may not be the most fair. I'm sure he has a much better opera voice than 99% of all other doctors!!

I love pink's version. It's so scratchy, and horse, and horrible, that it's collassally good! It's like arnold schwartenegger's acting in commando.

Only Adam's version captures that cheesy '70s game show feel. Pink garbles the (rather simple) words and gives up three-quarters of the way through. All the others just didn't get it.

The original Sick & Twisted was good. (The new one is good too, but it's a little too slow in the tempo.) I also like Andy Dick's version of the theme.

I'm glad I'm not the only person who really would rather DAG not do another Loveline episode. He's nowhere near as funny as he believes himself to be.

Oh, and I like the original theme best.

DAG has his off-days. When he was on the show a couple years back after breaking up with his girl, he was truly hilarious. I've heard him be quite so funny since. "I WANT MY HOOCHIE BACK!" I hate to wish ill on anyone, but if he ends another long-term relationship soon I hope they have him as guest again.

The best GoF theme is definitely Theo's, although as far as ditties go, I like Adam crooning "GERMANY OR FLOOORRIDAAAAA!" It was just bad enough to be good.
