Thursday, May 20, 2004 at 10:13 PM What do you guys think? If i dont say where im from, what is the chance that people will recognize me? Is it worth disguising my voice? or should I just talk normal? A fake name is easy. To me, everyone sounds the same on air. WHAT IF, the people I dont want to know its me, listen every night? —Farty Face |

Thursday, May 20, 2004 at 10:44 PM All of this depends on your voice and circumstances. Some people have distinctly recognizable inflections in their voice. When you start opening up you may divulge a detail that ties you to something your friends will know. Is it so important to call? —Cracked |

Thursday, May 20, 2004 at 10:50 PM I would imagine that if you talk to your friends a lot on the phone, they will recognize your voice a lot easier than if you do most of your conversing face to face... beyond that I think most people would miss it, or dismiss it as a similiar voice to yours, but you never really know. —Kevin U. |

Friday, May 21, 2004 at 2:06 PM Well, I would say there is a good chance that they'd recognize a voice. YOU may not recognize it, as to many people when they actually hear their voice from recording don't think it sounds like they think they sound, but any close friends I would bet would know you easily. —Logo Lou |

Sunday, May 23, 2004 at 6:58 AM I called once with a fake call, and a girl in my class who I don't know too well happened to listen that night and knew it was me. So I wouldn't chance it. Just go ahead and ask a REAL doctor, 'cause Drew's just a love doctor anyway. —Thomas/Frope |
