I don't know how long these have been around but I collect the Simpsons figures from the Hamilton Collection and this morning I got an email about a new line of Family Guy figures! Needless to say I quickly ordered the Stewie figure, but then I was clicking around and saw they even have one of their collectible "Christmas train" sets and in the photo of the set, the last car has Peter Griffin and Death!!

Check it out Family Guy fans!

(PS - I promise I do not work for Hamilton Collection! :)

Adam got an "Asian or Jew" right (wrong?) on "today's" (2004-05-18) episode. The girl calling was chinese-vietnamese and was Buddhist... So, you know, she was asian.

True story, last weekend Mike and I went to a comic store and he almost convinced me to get a bendy Death figure. I didn't, but I did get a Godfather postcard. I totally would have got the third book in Neil Gaiman's Sandman series, but it was $20 and I felt like a hopeless nerd just holding it. But seriously, you should all get into Sandman, even if you've never read a graphic novel. Okay, I'm done before I spontaneously develop a nosebleed and a closet full of medieval LARP costumes.

Comics are wayyy overpriced. When you're not a spaz you can hang on for the trade paperback to hit the library and read everything you want. I remember back in my day when comics were 50 cents. The price of a house has not increased 10x's in most american cities.
