I wrote a letter to Max Krasny, who is the primary contact involved with marketing Loveline to affiliates nationwide.

He responded:

"Thanks for the note and thanks for your persistence with the radio stations in the Boston market. Roy Dvorkin, VP of Affiliate Sales is working with many stations in the Boston area to find a home for the show.

Max"

It has been over a month since WAAF dropped Loveline, however it is still well worth the drive to the central RI to listen on TIC-FM in Hartford (provided that I don't fall asleep at the wheel around 12:15 am driving home).
