Thursday, October 16, 2003 at 7:31 PM Handing out DVDs of the crappy movie 28 Days Later to every caller was REALLY lame of Loveline. I expected more from them. Shame. If I want to hear plugs for bad products, I'll listen to Howard Stern. —Ogm |

Thursday, October 16, 2003 at 8:51 PM I actually like 28 Day Later, and will probably buy the DVD myself, but the promotion through the show was indeed a bit lame. It just didn't seem to fit. I mean, how many of the abused idiots are gonna even WANT that movie? They would probably like something more along the lines of Legally Blonde 2, something that doesn't require any brains, or that you even watch it. —Logo Lou |

Thursday, October 16, 2003 at 9:12 PM I didn't hear last night's show but Adam just plugged it again. Not cool. I'm glad he read it with no enthusiasm. This is becoming increasingly common on TV shows and it really detracts from the show (even when people like Conan O'Brien try to make fun of it). —Mahalo |

Thursday, October 16, 2003 at 11:15 PM 28 days was a lame movie (mainly after they made it to the military post)-as lame as the promo. The worst part no one has mentioned, 28 days at the Hard Rock and you can pass it onto other people. What a stupid idea. The "winner" isn't really winning something they can take advantage of. How many people would spend 28 days in Vegas? Coordinating friends is lame. Wouldn't you want to be there at the same time? How many people have enough friends available to rotate? I guess you might be able to rent it out in some sort of way but that is a lot of work for a "prize." The truth is -this is publicity that isn't costing Hard Rock a dime. They would have at least one room a day vacant anyway. —Mike (not-the-first) |

Friday, October 17, 2003 at 7:59 AM Stop ripping on loveline, as much as I agree that it's kind of lame, you act like loveline organized this and thought it was a good idea. It was Hard Rock and, so yell at Hard Rock if you're mad —Dude |

Friday, October 17, 2003 at 4:26 PM That's right everybody. Hard Rock made them run this promo. So make sure to blame Hard Rock and not the producers of Loveline. —Chick |

Saturday, October 18, 2003 at 1:08 PM The next night when Adam read the promotion, he read it with NO enthusiasm which made it a LITTLE better. I applaud how Adam ACTUALLY REFUSES to sellout. —Ogm |

Monday, October 20, 2003 at 2:32 PM Adam REFUSES to sell out? Huh? He's said many a time he'd do anything for a buck. Check the FTP sites for "Adam's Mountain Dew comeercial." And don't forget "Caught Red-Handed." —Logo Lou |
