Sunday, October 12, 2003 at 9:49 AM Morning :-) I'm sorry, I'm out of town this weekend, so it may either be down or it might have auto-blocked :( The block only lasts 10 minutes, so I hope that's the case. If not, http://jay8989.triggersite.com treats IPs separetly, so nobody should have any troubles connecting to Jay's episodes. I hope that does the trick, and if not it's the first thing I'll do when I get home tonight =) Cheers, -Trig —Trig |

Sunday, October 12, 2003 at 8:47 PM Everything looks to be working just fine :( If you're still having problems, please shoot me an e-mail and we'll get it fixed (the e-mail's to see what IP range you come from -- there're a few IP pools that are blocked in clumps, so it's all too possible you didn't do anything to irk the server at all ;-) ). The way the filter's supposed to work is, it doesn't care about leeching, but rather how many shows the computer downloads on average every day. If it's much more than 4 full shows (over 8 hours of audio), it consideres it a drain on the bandwidth and puts that computers IP on a list. Then every night I copy that list onto a ban list that resets every month or so. In the end it's just a formula so God knows it's not perfect :( —Trig |

Thursday, October 16, 2003 at 10:36 PM So we can only download 4 shows in a 24 hour period? Not complaining, just don't want to overload your FTP. Or get banned :)
