Wednesday, September 3, 2003 at 11:34 PM Dr. Bruce is like a wing with a bad tick (twitch), if the wings aren't in sync the bird doesn't fly. In this case it's a blind bat. This guy just doesn't get it. He misses the calls then misses Adam's take. No intuition. Drew and Adam are like an old married couple so in tune they each stumble and the team stays balanced. —I Smell Junior Med School |

Thursday, September 4, 2003 at 8:27 AM I agree. At least Dr. Ben from the night before knew when to get in, and when to get out of the conversation. —Logo Lou |

Thursday, September 4, 2003 at 9:28 AM That's the beauty of Dr. Bruce, though. He's a personality train wreck, and Adam just sort of bats him around like a cat toying with a legless mouse. Sure, he could pounce right away but there's no fun in that. Dr. Bruce is the last sort of doctor I'd want working on me, even if it is time to remove my full back tattoo of Ernie and Bert (got it when I was 7). Dr. Ben was way too quiet. He may know vaginas like the back of his hand, but he didn't bring much to the gyno table. And he isn't a good radio guy- no presence. Dr. Marcel should be interesting tonight, but it will be nice that the revolving door of med specialists will end soon and Dr. Drew will retake his throne.

Thursday, September 4, 2003 at 5:18 PM I see what your saying about Bruce. He's actually lighten up considerably, much like Drew has. I think though he still comes in too hard from the whole by the book, religious, "this is the way it should be" side of things sometimes versus the reality "this is what's really going on" truth Adam and Drew both see so clearly. I'd still like to see a female doctor paired up with Adam when Drews away. —Logo Lou |

Thursday, September 4, 2003 at 5:55 PM i like bruce, he's not as good as drew, but i enjoy having him around occasionally. sometimes drew is too serious, and bruce lightens it up a bit. —z00ky |
