Monday, August 4, 2003 at 4:14 AM Hammering is attempting to connect (when the server is full) over and over again without waiting in-between tries. A minute or two is a good amount of time to wait. This uses a lot of unnecessary bandwidth and usually results in your account being disabled or your ip being blocked. —NJC |
