Sunday, August 3, 2003 at 7:39 PM I think that if I were to walk up to Adam at Home Depot and talk to him, he'd exchange a polite sentence or two, and then want to get back to his business. He'd end up wishing I hadn't wasted his time, and I'd be disappointed that he wasn't funny, like on the radio. Drew, on the other hand -- if he ever stepped foot in a Home Depot -- would probably appreciate any ego boost I threw his way. Then he'd want to get away from me quickly when I started getting into how his psychic powers about guests aren't nearly as good as he thinks they are. —Tom |
